Dark Union has arrived :)

Every fifty years, the most powerful ethereal and infernal beings convene on Earth to resolve conflicts with mediation by kopides--humans born to police relations between Heaven and Hell. They're meeting in Elise Kavanagh's territory this year, and she used to be the greatest kopis in the world. But she's not invited.

An old friend, Lucas McIntyre, asks her to attend the summit in his place. When she arrives, she discovers that a human faction called The Union has taken charge of the summit, and they're not playing nice. Worse yet, someone has killed a prominent Union member, and now they're demanding blood.

Elise has to bring justice to the summit in DARK UNION, a 33,000-word (120 page) urban fantasy novella featuring a decrepit ghost town, angry men with guns, and even angrier angels.

Yup. It's here. :)

Let me know if you guys read it--I'd love to hear what you think. I feel a little funny releasing a novella in between books, but I think (hope) it works, so your feedback is mucho appreciated.

  1. Just finished it!

Without spoilers, I loved the conclusion and can't wait for the next book. I'm looking forward to more Elise and James interaction than Elise and Anthony interaction, though. Maybe even some Thom?

Anyway, cheers on the novella. I adore this series.

  2. Holy Smokes! I downloaded this book and started reading right away and felt a little lost. For some reason my nutbunny brain thought it was book one LOL So I stopped reading and went back and started at the beginning and over the last few days have read Death's Avatar, Death's Hand, The Darkest Gate, and just now completed Dark Union. OMG what a ride. I really enjoyed the entire series so far and cannot wait for October for the next installment. In my opinion the series should definitely be read in order and The Darkest Gate and Dark Union were my absolute favorites. I cannot wait to find out what happens with Elise next and frankly I hope she smacks Stephanie LOL Thank you so much for sharing your talents with us. Hopefully I will be able to write the reviews and post them soon.

    1. Haha, well, I don't think Stephanie and Elise will be getting into cat fights anytime soon... unfortunately. I don't think James would let them! But I'm not finished with Damnation Marked yet. You never know. ;)
